Enter the inks you stock — Wilflex, FN-INK, or your own mixes — and every separated color snaps to the closest ink you own, instead of colors you'd have to go buy. With Delta-E warnings, the closest Pantone to order, and a mixing recipe when nothing's close.
Most separation tools hand back a palette of "ideal" colors — and then you're ordering ink, or mixing by guesswork, just to print one job. Ink Inventory Matching flips that: it separates to what's actually on your shelf, so the seps you pull are the seps you can print today.
It ships with brand catalogs (Wilflex, FN-INK, generic stock) and lets you add custom mixes. The built-in colors are practical approximations — but you can calibrate any ink to its true measured color, or import your whole shelf from a CSV of your color card or spectrophotometer export. Once an ink is calibrated, matches are exact for your shop. The on-press result still depends on garment, opacity, and cure, so always pull a swatch to confirm.
